SUP YOGA AT WEST RESERVOIR CENTRE, LONDON WAIVER FORM
Please read the below terms and conditions and complete the form prior to arriving on site for your SUP Yoga Class. Anyone who hasn't completed the form will not be able to take part.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
COVID, As the restrictions come to an end, we still want to keep each other safe. I ask for you to cancel the class if you have tested positive for covid-19.
There are currently no changing rooms at the west reservoir centre, Toilets however are open for both Yogi’s and swimmers to use. All bags will be left in a designated area, If you wish and have a dry bag that you want to bring on the water do so, Belongings will be left at your own risk.
The waiver form must be checked and signed before coming to the class.
If yourself or anyone within your household has or has tested positive from covid-19 please do not come to the centre. contact us and you will be booked in for another session.
The customer must comply fully with all and any health and safety regulations introduced by Lucie Norris Yoga & Black Girls Hike UK CIC. The customer must ensure that he/she is medically and physically fit and able to use the facilities and participate in activities. Customers who have injuries or illnesses are advised to seek doctor’s advice if practicing yoga. Lucie Norris Yoga & Black Girls Hike UK CIC is not liable for any injuries to the customer in his/her use of our facilities or participation in activities. A customer must always stop and rest if he/she is feeling any pain or sickness and inform the teacher of any previous injuries.
The customer shall keep all properties used by Lucie Norris Yoga equipment and facilities in a clean and good condition and shall replace any articles which are destroyed or missing with articles of a similar kind and of equal value.
Lucie Norris Yoga reserves the right to alter the yoga activity.
The customer shall not use the property except for permitted use and shall not use the property for any offensive, noisy, dangerous, illegal, entertainment, immoral or improper purposes. The customer shall not do anything which may be a nuisance or annoyance to Lucie Norris Yoga and its customers, staff or owners.
Lucie Norris Yoga & Black Girls Hike UK CIC cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your booking
If you cancel your reservation, you will not be eligible for a refund unless we find someone to take your space. If we are unable to fill the space then we will not refund any of the money paid up to that point.
If we cancel your booking
We would not expect to have to make any changes to or cancel your booking, but sometimes problems out of our control may occur. If this does happen, we will contact you as soon as is reasonably practical and inform you of the cancellation or the change to your booking. If we cancel your Booking, we will refund you any fees you have already paid to us. However, we will not be liable to refund you for any fees you may have paid to any third party in connection with your booking eg. fees for travel.
